How to Prepare for Class

Sometimes coming to your first class at a new studio can be overwhelming, but there’s no need to worry because we’ve gathered a few tips on how to prepare and what to expect when you arrive.

Book your spot

To ensure that you have a spot in class, please sign up on our website or our StrongSoul App. We understand that you might decide to drop by at the last minute, and that’s okay. We just can’t guarantee there will be space available if you don’t reserve ahead of time.

2

Try to Arrive 10-15 Minutes Early

Aim to get to the studio ahead of your class so that you can adjust your bike and/or get your mat ready. This is especially important if you’ve never taken a cycling class. When you arrive early, our instructors can meet you and help you adjust your bike and get your equipment ready for class without rushing.

3

Bring a Mat, Water Bottle and Towel

While we do offer free in-studio mat use for your FIRST class, we do recommend that you bring your own. However, if you forget, we do have mats available for purchase or a $3 rental price. We also have towels, StrongSoul branded water bottles and cold water in our studio fridge available for purchase if you forget yours!!

4

Check-In, Set Up, and Unplug

If it’s your first time at StrongSoul, please stop by the front desk and meet our friendly staff! They will give you a quick tour and prepare you for class. If you’re a regular, you can do self check-in on your StrongSoul app.

In our workouts, we value time to disconnect from electronic interruptions. Out of respect for those wanting to focus on their workout, we ask that you please leave your cell phone out of the classroom.
